At Powhatan Tire and Service, we are committed to delivering trusted repairs, maintenance, and products. Every service is backed by our 36-month / 36,000-mile warranty (whichever benefits you most). This policy explains our refund, return, and warranty terms.
Services
Service Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a repair or service, please contact us within 14 days of the service date. We will review your concern, inspect the work, and, if necessary, reperform the service at no cost. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available only if an error or oversight by our team cannot be resolved through reinspection or rework. Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of the service date.
Parts and Products
Returns: Unused, undamaged, and unopened parts or products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt for a full refund or store credit. Special-order parts are non-refundable unless defective or ordered incorrectly by Powhatan Tire and Service. Defective Parts: If a part installed by us fails within its warranty period, we will replace it at no charge. Refunds for defective parts will be issued only if a replacement is unavailable.
Warranty
Service Warranty: Our labor warranty covers defects in workmanship for 36 months or 36,000 miles (whichever benefits the customer more). Warranty work must be performed at Powhatan Tire and Service and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Manufacturer’s Warranty: All parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Exclusions
Refunds, returns, or rework will not be provided for: Repairs declined against recommended parts or services; failures due to misuse, neglect, or further damage after service; or work performed by other facilities after service from Powhatan Tire and Service.
